Mosley Incorporated was started in 1953, by Francis Mosley. Back then it was known as Mosley Sheet Metal. Fabricating duct work, installing gutters, and furnace installation and repairs were the main areas of business.
Francis's young nephew, Joe Sherack, started working at Mosley's right out of high school, and with the exception of a short hiatus when he was serving his country in the US Air Force, he worked there until 2006.
During this time Mosley Sheet Metal saw many changes in both the industry and in it's own place of business. Central air conditioning was introduced and Mosley Sheet Metal was the contractor who installed the very first central air conditioner in their home town of Lakefield.
Francis passed away in 1980 and Joe stepped up as owner and operator. A few short years later he purchased a plumbing business which operated next to his own and he then physically combined the two buildings making two seperated businesses into one. Shortly after that he incorporated the business and changed the name to Mosley Inc. which it is still known as today.
In 1996, Joe brought in his daughter Denise to begin grooming her to eventually take over the business when he was ready to retire. In 1999 Denise's husband Kris joined Mosley's and on January 1st, 2006, the husband and wife team took over as owners.
